Installation time depends on your property type and existing infrastructure. Fibre installations, depending on time of day and existing ONT setup, can usually from 2-24 business hours depending on Local Fibre Company (LFC) provisioning capacity, once confirmed by our provisioning team.
Yes. The LFC technician may need access inside your home to connect the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) or router. You’ll receive a confirmed appointment date and time in advance.
Absolutely! If you have a VoIP-compatible phone, we can port your number during setup. Just let us know during your order process. Please contact our support staff if you require a VoIP number to be transferred.
Your actual speeds depend on your plan and connection type and can be influenced by your device and cabling. iFibre typically offers plans with speeds ranging from 100Mbps up to 8Gbps. As with all residential fibre plans, the minimum committed speed is 2.5mbs.

We issue invoices on the 1st of each month. Your first bill will include a prorated charge for the part of the month you received service, along with the next month’s charges billed in advance. This helps keep your account simple and up to date with our monthly billing cycle.
All fibre connections require a compatible router. We can supply one pre-configured for your plan, or you can bring your own — as long as it supports your service type.
